Terrible first 10 minutes put the Leafs in brutal position.  And the 3rd goal was the backbreaker.

I think that even at 4-2, there was still half the game left, and a reasonable chance. Bunting really screwed the team, imo.

Not much we fans can do about the refs.  The only thing the NHL cares about is if we, as fans, watch the games.  The only way to change it is to walk away and not watch it anymore.

That kinda reminds me of the Boston series all those years ago where Kadri ended up running one of the Bruins, but only after the refs allowed DeBrusk (I think) to run around the ice throwing dirty hits, including at least one headshot. Refs let stuff go, then something stupid happens.
