I alluded to this in the previous gameday thread, but is it normal practice for a team to have so many one-sided shooters? I'm counting a grand total of 4 right hand shots in that entire 18-player lineup..That seems....not optimal...
 
The lack of roster changes is frustrating. Call ups. thrun or more appropriately Villeneuve.

Why is Sammy Blais still on the roster. Bérubé playing him 3 minutes a night is such a waste of a roster spot. I just don't understand why the team is doing the absolute bare minimum on everything

They just claimed Stecher, so they don’t seem to believe in Villeneuve (his game is a bit one-sided like Rielly, but with worse skating)

Surprised that Quillan hasn't been given a call up. He seems off to a solid start (14 points in 14 games) and the Leafs are currently playing two guys at centre who probably shouldn't be playing centre.

This franchise has an aversion to promoting home grown players. i get that guys like Quillan Abruzzese, Steeves, etc aren't special players but it would be nice to just try some of these guys for more than 1-2 games
 
Quillan has looked decent in the preseason games but this is a management group that decided David Kampf wasn't capable of playing the 4th line, so...

As for Stecher, will Berube even play the guy...he's too small. Couldn't even stay in the lineup for the defensively challenged Oilers so again...
 
It would be hilarious if half the team is just horribly injured and they have just nuked their season by playing guys banged up.
