First preseason game of the year, with the Leafs expected to ice a heavy NHL roster including Bobrovsky starting in net. McKenna is also expected to make his Leafs preseason debut.

Of course the other half of the Leafs training camp roster will be in Montreal (with Daniel Alfredsson serving as head coach) at the same time going up against the other half of Montreal's training camp roster.

Rules say the team needs to ice eight players with a minimum 100 NHL games played.

They will play their NHL heavy teams at home for their fans, so that’s the expectation, which is not too different than when the games were held on different nights.
