If my calculations are correct, if we hold on and win this one we clinch the first seed in the Western Conference.

Ference isn't a forward. I asked what ways he's not a high work ethic player or doesn't lead by example.

Al14 said:The Edmonton D is bad. Has he changed that much? He is a veteran and all, but, he doesn't bring the high work ethic of a high energy, high work ethic forward. The Edmonton forwards need this type of example IMHO.
Edmonton needs D and goaltending too, but, I think they wouldn't be as bad if their highly drafted forwards were better.

No. Because things like "work ethic" and "leading by example" are secondary to assembling talent. Ference won a cup ring. Has Komarov? Why hasn't Komarov led the Leafs to a Championship? Therefore, Ference is a better leader than Komarov.
That's your logic.
Potvin29 said:Leafs are just too good.
Al14 said:My logic, as flawed as it is in your mind, is that Komarov could be a better leader for the Edmonton forwards.
