They can, but they probably won't. It makes no sense to fire Berube, hire DeBoer, fire Tre, then fire DeBoer and hire yet another coach while possibly two cast offs are on the payroll. If they intend to can Tre in the offseason everything can be streamlined then. At most Lalonde can be the new Horacheck.

Who said they're hiring a coach and then firing Tre? If they're firing Berube, I fully expect Lalonde to take over until the off season minimum. There's no new hire until after Tre goes, if that's the call, which it should be.
