I still think that where the defencemen are on the powerplay really limits their opportunity. On that powerplay Bozak won the draw right to Franson but he couldn't one-time it. If that was Phaneuf on the right side it could have been a scoring opportunity.

That makes sense from a talent perspective but in terms of fit? I don't know how well that works with Kessel and you're talking about a lot of PP's that start with the opposing team icing the puck.

You'd have to assume he'd hit the net...and that's a large assumption....
