I knew calling Bozak's bluff was going to work, as I believed from the get go that he didn't want to leave the Leafs.

So bring back the same mediocre team.  Awesome.    When is the last time the Leafs actually signed an impact player to the roster?  Even overpaying for one.  Mogilny?  Nieuwendyk?

If we sign Bozak to replace Grabs, who didn't need to be, it had better be for about half of what Grabs would have made ... so we can use the extra to overpay Clarkson.  ::)

If there is one thing I have learned from the NHL it is that guys who can't create offense for their teammates are consistent scorers in the long-run.

DarrenDreger: Typing too fast. Leafs waiting on word from Clarkson on 7 year deal. Interested in AAV...sounds like less than $6 mil per. We'll see.
