Habs @ Leafs - Oct. 7th, 7:00pm - SN, Fan 590

[Damian]

Didnt take Bernier long to let in a steamy turd did it?

[CarltonTheBear]

"Man, the Leafs are actually playing pretty we..."

0-1

[GhostofPotvin29]

He wasn't very good in preseason either.

[bustaheims]

Vintage Bernier/Leafs.

[L K]

So if Rielly actually pulled that puck back...how does it get scored.  He made the play with a broken stick.  Is it just a penalty or do you award the goal?

[brothert]

come on raycroft!

[Arn]

New tactic - don't allow the first shot

[WhatIfGodWasALeaf]

Typical Bernier, I'm sick of his BS.

[MetalRaven]

Go Bernier!!!! hurray!!

[Deebo]

Bronx cheer in game 1.

[Nik]

Shockingly, the goalies last year that let in the first goal the most often all played for bad teams that let in way more goals than they scored.

Or they just don't have guts and grit. One of the two.

[GhostofPotvin29]

Didn't Bernier allow a terrible goal (maybe even 1st shot?) in last season's opener vs. Montreal?

[CarltonTheBear]

Oh, wow, brutal hit there.

[brothert]

5 minutes in and i have to mute the tv. healy shut up already

[bustaheims]

Grit!

Hope_Smoke: ?Young Russian? to describe the 28 year old Finn

[Al14]

Why did Komarov have to take a stupid pill before this game?  :-\

[WhatIfGodWasALeaf]

They've looked pretty good so far.

[Al14]

They've looked pretty good so far.

But, Habs have the only goal!  So, not everyone has looked so good!

[Peter D.]

Anyone a little thrown off this game isn't on CBC? Rogers just destroying tradition.

[Zee]

I know who's not getting Man of the Match so far. Not naming anyone but it's Bernier.
