What a shock that Phaneuf doesn't tie up the stick of a man in front of the net.  The Leafs really haven't shown up yet.

I don't see a poor effort by the Leaf's so much as a big mismatch.  Philly as a team is similar to Boston, but with more of a slant towards offense than defense.

Either way, that type of cycle game is not something the Leafs stack up well against.

I guess you're one of the few. Bad passes, can't clear the zone, nothing on the PP, bad penalties, no possession.....shall I go on?

Leafs get a PP and it turns into a 2-1 for the flyers and penalty against the leafs.

I don't understand poor efforts like this.  I got my ass kicked a lot playing hockey growing up, but effort was never a problem.
