Honestly, the whole thing has been blown to ridiculously out of proportion, it's laughable. Yes, it's great that Crosby's back, but, $1000 to see his first game coming off a major injury? Changing broadcast schedules to include tonight's game? I mean, it's not like he's been out for 3 years or something like that. This isn't Lemieux returning from cancer.

And, unfortunately, that's a very real possibility. One solid, poorly timed/located hit, and his season (or even his career) could be over. Sure, you can say that for anyone, but, for someone coming off a serious concussion, the probability of it happening is higher.

Or recognizing that there has never been a single player in the history of the league who goes through spurts of being completely unnoticeable.  Crosby playing after missing 60+ games and a summer is going to be really questionable on how good he is for the next while.  Also, I think it's just kind of silly how he is being hyped as if the league isn't full of really talented players right now.  Crosby isn't absurdly better than the next player in the league.  This isn't the case of the best player of all time making on of his last appearances.  I can't stand this garbage as they would not do this for anyone else.
