Blues @ Leafs - Nov. 18th, 7:00pm - TSN4

Honestly this was a solid win. The Blues are hot garbage but that lineup from the Leafs was horrible.

Bérubé said Knies was playing hurt. I know most guys have some degree of injury through the year playing a physical sport but someone like Nylander who has lacked the top end speed he usually has, it's hard for me to not to think he isn't banged up.

The Chicago game was a decent effort and they lost. This was a decent effort and they won. Small victories at this point. They need to make sure the effort stays there when the bigger names come back in the lineup

That OT was awful, STL just skated in circles for 4 minutes, and the Leafs just let them have the perimeter. It felt and looked like two last-place teams.

We knew going into this season that the Leafs were one of the older teams in the league. When players get older, their bodies wear down. Some injuries never heal 100%.So an older team has to expect more injuries or re-injuries. As Treliving well knows, it is part of his team's DNA.
