Feels like a lost season. Not all bad if they can finish in the bottom five and get a good you defenceman. If they don't finish in the bottom five and next year is also lost then things become dicey.

When the Crosby era Pens won their first cup, they were out of the playoffs in February. Hired Bylsma and won the cup.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think Reliving is going to fire Berube, and I don't think Pellet will fire Treliving till it's too late. They'll use injuries as a crutch.

The only upside is that when you are selling off assets it's a little easier than when you are buying. Put the player on the market and take the best offer. Hopefully he can do that.

Yeah it has to happen by Monday or it’s too late. There’s no runway left.

Leafs were 9-10-4, 22pts after 23 games when they brought in Keefe. Leafs went 27-15-5 after. It can certainly be turned around but time is ticking.

This used to be one of those games in the recent past where everyone predicted a loss and they’d come up with a massive surprise win. Sadly this squad doesn’t have any of those fun surprises to look forward to this season.
