I'm glad Cowan's on the roster, but I feel that someone needs to point out that there are child labor laws on the books.
 
Lots of good puck movement but they don't have the skillers beyond 88 and 91 to do anything. God love ya Calle Jarnkrok.
 
Calle Jarnkrok scored his season allotment of goals already. He has been a whole lot of just there after the first 3-4 games of the year.

This has really been a good period of hockey from the Leafs. It's at least three straight games where the effort has been there. You add two PPG+ players to this lineup/effort and it might be an ok team
 
Stecher is a pretty notable addition. He can actually move forward with the puck....

...and Rielly turns the puck over by passing it directly to a Columbus player while not pressured
 
What a difference it makes on possession numbers when the skaters skate and the puck carrier makes passes and players go hard at the boards to win puck battles.
 
I think several us could get gigs writing material for these intermissions.

But then again all I have at this stage in my life is my dwindling pride.
