Funny how the game changes so quick. He was caught out, tired and boom, Rags whiff, Leafs go down, skill takes over and game over. How or why no one went to Matthews....thanks

Matthews’ secondary special power is stealth.
 
It's only 5 games and I don't think the product has been all that great so far. I would say that the last three games have been....encouraging that they have had decent effort 3 games in a row.

The results and process are certainly more positive lately as they gel and build confidence in one another. The caveat is that this early schedule is just chock full of poop opponents (Poopponents (tm)) so they'd better bank a wad of points while their main competition is reeling from injuries. No more playing down, only playing to stomp them out early to give the depth more minutes.

Both Detroit and Montreal are off to great starts. We'll see how good or bad they really are later on in the season.
