There might not be any. Just means there's a bunch of camp groups in the stands. They do that and school group days a few times a season.

Yeah, it's a way to get kids out to the games easier without the issue of having them out until 10PM before going home.

Goins is hilarious.  You look at his isolated power 0.093 and then you look at his body and understand exactly why he can't hit for any power.  Love to see the guy having some success though.  His defense is absurdly good.  The Jays are also considerably above .500 when Goins is in the lineup ahead of Travis.  It's likely just a sample size issue as Travis isn't bad defensively by any means but Goins really helps to make that infield rock solid.

Yeah. Goins is a great bench guy. He provides excellent defence without being a complete black hole at the plate. In an ideal situation, he'd be the guy you bring in as a defensive replacement late in close games. Not a high profile role to play, but a very important one.
 
I can't listen or watch the game from work, I'm just keeping an eye on the MLB play by play - this game seems to be flying by.

We are doing this without Devon Travis, Marcus Stroman and for the last few games without EE.  This is fantastic. 

Lost in all this is exactly how horrible the Yankees truly are.  We've made up 8.5 games on them in a little over 2 weeks - that and they did nothing at the TDL.  I think that Baltimore will overtake them as a wildcard team when all is said and done.

True.  And the fact that if the Yankees were thinking of acquiring a steady arm for their rotation,  the Jays grabbed David Price ahead of anyone else, not to mention Tulo.

The fact that the Yankees, who normally sign anyone with a top name or two in attempting to solidify their lineup (especially at TDL times),  and have fallen from their A-L. perch, while the Blue Jays have moved on up,  is evidence to the minuses (Yankees) and plusses (Jays).
 
I think part of the problem is the yankees are barren of prospects. So their chance at price will be in November when they offer him stupid money.
 
Pillar is dumb.  That shouldn't be an earned run.  He dove for a ball that had already hit the ground.

I'd give him a break on that one considering how solid he's been all year.
 
It's unbelievably bad though.  Sure, he's fantastic defensively but Pillar is prone to some really bad decisions at times.  Not only did it turn a situation of Runners on 1st and 3rd into a run and a runner on 3rd but it also changed the bullpen management from:
8th inning - Buehrle
9th inning - Lowe

Into 8th - Sanchez
9th - Like Osuna

So now the Jays run the risk of not having Sanchez/Osuna available on Friday or Saturday in the Yankees series.
