Sean Connery has died at age 90

The original James Bond has passed.  Sean Connery died in his sleep at his home in the Bahamas.  One of the true greats has died. Scotland especially mourns.

Not the original Bond, but a fine actor with a lot of great roles including in Indiana Jones and The Hunt for Red October. If we all make it to 90 we won?t be able to complain too much

What do you mean by "not the original Bond"?

Barry Nelson was the original James Bond in the tv series Climax from 54-58.
Connery was the original movie Bond in 62.

Indeed - in fact he wasn?t even the second Bond as Bob Holness took the role in 1955 for a series of radio shows  ;D

But the question is was he the BEST Bond, and he?d be in my top 2 I think

Sean to me was Bond, all others pale imitators.  Dalton and Bronson especially so.  Moore played him so tongue in cheek.  I have like Craig's worked.

He had the best Bond movies, that?s for sure. And, he?s definitely the first person I think of when it comes to 007. The most iconic Bond, without question.

Yep. Roger Moore was passable for a few movies, but Danial Craig looks to me like a suave Alfred E. Neumann, and I can't get past it.
