Leafs are 14-2 in their last 16 games now. What I've been impressed with has been the attention to detail on defence. Case in point tonight, Ducks got their share of shots but only a couple were of the grade A variety. Campbell's numbers reflect that. Then of course their offence waxes and wains with the defensive calibre of team their playing.

Right now they are world-beaters.  They'll falter along the way, but the system sure looks like a winning formuia at the moment.  And, as various commentators have said, they seem to be playing a more playoff-relevant style.

They made a big step up last year defensively.  Now they just need to get timely scoring in the playoffs.
