Game 47: MTL @ TOR - Jan. 21 - 7:00pm - CBC

[Nik]

Wow. That was Scott Gomez who just muscled Phaneuf off the puck.

[Derk]

Phaneuf loses the puck to Gomez, then Komi with the stick, the hab with the dive, leafs to the PK.

[GhostofPotvin29]

What a dive.

[Capn_Crunch]

OMG Dion.... Hit the effin net at least.

That was more of a dive then anything. He went down rather easily there.

Gus is seeing the puck really well tonight.

[drummond]

Gus looks superb

[BlueWhiteBlood]

I guess punching to the head sometimes gets you a hearing and sometimes doesn't even get you a penalty.

[TML fan]

I'm glad CBC pointed out how ridiculous the two referee system is.

[Stronger Than All]

They better well win this damn game!

[ZBBM]

They suggested that the ref close to the play could have called a dive after the mid-ice ref called the hook.  But no ref is going to make his partner look bad by negating a call.

[WAYNEINIONA]

I'm not liking the way this game is going. We need to get one early and then put them away.

[Derk]

Milbury, you completely suck. Still.

[Nik]

Is there anyway that Mike Milbury could be more obnoxious or add less to the broadcast?

Just turn on the next hotstove

Healy and he are cut from the same cloth.

He works hard to outdo himself each week.  Give him that.

[Zee]

Leafs better pull this out.

[ZBBM]

I agree with everything Hughson, Simpson, and Healy just said.  No excuse not to take this one.

[TML fan]

If I knew what I was talking about, I'd say the Leafs were playing like they were afraid to lose.

[Capn_Crunch]

Ok I've got a good feeling now, my better half was doing some digging about and found a old leafs touque of mine I had lost ages ago.

Can we call that an omen that someone who rarely scores pots one for us?

[Derk]

And they showed Gionta's intentional (in my opinion) shot to Reimer's head... grr....
