I liked how the Leafs actually took the play to the Habs in the 3rd. They didn't sit back one bit. I hope they can maintain that level of aggressiveness all season.

2010-2011 Leafs: 4-0-1 start.  Never forget.

That's the problem.  Everyone saying they need a good start, but when they get a good start, everyone will say it doesn't matter.

But I do know it is a 'good start' outside of the first 5 games.

I think this was a relatively easy game for the Leafs.  I question if they took the play out of Montreal, or did Montreal take the play out of themselves.  I don't expect teams (including Montreal) to be beaten so easily in the future.

Can't agree with the generally positive tone re: the uniforms. The one thing that Leafs uniforms should be is clean and sharp. That Leaf just looks blobby from any kind of distance.

Me neither. I don't like them at all, especially on the goalie. The shape of the leaf is just terrible. While i prefer the current logo, I also prefer the older logo over the '67 one. Thankfully we'll only see it a few times this year.

I see more significant injuries in construction then I do in hockey.  Hard proper hits and proper fights and the associated injuries are part of the game and should stay that way.  If people don't like it, get an office job.
