I think it was Jack Han that pointed it out awhile back (Ben Smith goal), that the Leafs have been doing that deliberately (you have to avoid the toe tip). I've been looking for it.

The Leafs might consider setting up behind the net a bit more on the PP where they have the numerical advantage. CBJ/Werenski has been killing it with that play.
