2026 Blue Jays

Lb oof. Bullpen day for the Tigers. Their intended long man gets hurt facing his second batter. Jays offense continues to be abysmal.

They just chase terrible pitches at this point
 
Tough to win games when only scoring a couple of runs. Yesavage looked all over the place last night, but pulled off his part of the job.

Hoffman gave it up, but again, no run support.
 
Vlad was robbed of a couple of hits. It's probably coming.

Springer on the other hand.

Schneider is a bad manager. He never makes adjustments. Far too much reliance on "the boys"
 
Vlad 0-3 today. Anemic numbers still. 2 home runs? A low .700 OPS heavily relied on pounded groundball singles? It's really unbelievable how atrocious he can be for long stretches. Bizarre.
 
Meanwhile Berrios is now out for the season with his upcoming elbow surgery. I remember the talks of how would they use all the arms in the rotation. Now Berrios and Ponce done for the year. Scherzer and Bieber on the DL. Lauer DFA'd.
 
Schneider galaxy braining another bullpen decision against the Yankees. When the team is going it really exposes how mediocre of a manager he is

I woulda liked to have seen Macko face Judge. Judged isn't familiar with Macko. I say give it a shot.

Jays let the Yankees closer off the hook.

What happened to this team. Absolutely zero plate discipline.

Springer struck out after getting ahead 3-0....by swinging at 3 consecutive balls. Vladdy chased yet another pitch way outside to ground out and then proceeded to jog to first.

500 million dollar player who doesn't even run out of the box when his bat is scuffling. It's starting to grow very tiring.

Springer didn't get a single strike thrown to him the entire at bat. Just terrible by George on that one.

Another game this year where a single pitcher implodes and costs them the game. Jays need to pick it up.
