I'd sell high on OEL. Dude's value hasn't been this this high in probably over 5 years and as great as he's playing I can easily see him hitting a wall next year at 35 anyway. I think you can get a 1st there. I'd move Carlo if we can get maybe a pair of 2nds for him. Saw MLHS suggest you could recoup a 1st there, I don't know if that's doable with how he's playing. His contract is very cheap though and signed through next season. I'd be very reluctant to move McCabe barring some sort of gross overpayment. We can't really do a scorched earth rebuild with Matthews still around for a little bit (and not having our 1st next year anyway doesn't incentivize it anyway) and I think he'll just too way too difficult to replace over the next two seasons especially at anything close to his cap hit. I'd shop Benoit for sure: Carson Soucy just got dealt for a 3rd and I'd argue Benoit is younger, better, cheaper, and signed through next season. So I don't think a 2nd or at least a 3rd and something else is out of the question there.
Up front McMann and Laughton are the obvious candidates. I really like McMann, and can totally accept his inconsistent play at a $1.35mil AAV. I think it'd become tougher to swallow at a $4-5mil AAV and there hasn't been much indications that he'll ever become less streaky, so I probably sell high. I'd love to bring Laughton back, he's clearly got passion for the team and can see him re-signing here at some sort of hometown discount. But that only makes sense if we stop playing him as a 4th line centre and I don't know if that's happening. Jarnkrok's obviously a guy you'd trade for basically anything. Robertson's in a similar boat to McMann. Obviously he's been a bright spot so far this season but he does undoubtedly go through stretches where he's a non-factor. That's very easy to look past at his current cap hit, I don't know where he ends up next season cap wise. Domi's absolutely played himself off the team. Being outscored 8-23 away from Matthews is such an insane stat, the random big-game moments he can make just don't wash that away. One way or another he can't be here next season.
At goalie we've got 3 guys who will almost definitely be in the NHL next season and it won't all be with the Leafs. I've flipped, flopped, and flipped again about which goalie I'd consider moving the most but someone has to get dealt before next season purely from an asset management perspective.
