I don't think Ottawa are going to be competing for a playoff spot good, but I do think they signed enough guys for 1-off seasons that they are going to give teams some problems.

Yeah. They?re not going to be good, but teams are to have to put in the work to beat them.

Their roster reminds me a bit of the 15-16 Leafs that had PA Parenteau, Michael Grabner, Brad Boyes, etc.  They were really bad, but games against them weren't gimmes.  They worked hard.

As always, with all the love for Mr. T...

So that's a no on impeachment then eh?

No on impeachment, but the 25th is still a possibility with the VP/cabinet.

I'm in the same boat as Carlton - I see 8 stick butts, but only 4 blades.

Is this the new white/gold vs blue/black dress?

There was!

edit: this one is even better:  A lot of the reasons they use for not wanting to use seat belts are going to sound familiar. :P

Well, it looks like Toronto proper is at least going this route...

Another one. Klacik lost her district in Maryland 71.9% to 28.1% to Kweisi Mfume. That district has had a Democrat represent them in the House since 1953. It was previously Elijah Cummings' seat for 20+ years prior to his death. Before Cummings Mfume actually held it for 4 terms, he decided to run for re-election there after his death.

There's gonna be a lot of long-term effects from trumpism, but every wanna-be fascist crying about fraud in elections is gonna be really bad.

Hilariously enough - she didn't even win the in-person and early voting:

The thing is - there probably are cases of voting fraud; but a) it's not a single party issue.  I imagine there's just as many illegal Repub/Trump votes as there are Dem/Biden votes, so they likely balance out, and b) most of them get caught and aren't counted.  Of the ones that do get through, they're probably in the hundreds at the most - not the thousands that are needed to overturn any of these results.

Biden has got this.  It's like a 4-1 lead late in game 7 of a series, very unlikely to lose.

Someone check my math for me.  If Biden gets Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan, he wins right?

+ Arizona, which hasn't been necessarily called everywhere.  But yes - with all those, he wins.

He will probably get an office job at a quarry.

I don't know - I've heard Mr. Slate is a hard boss to work for. :P
