He’s an evasive player who has an NHL caliber shot.  He needs more seasoning to improve his NHL timing and to get stronger but he isn’t there just yet

Canucks probably running on adrenaline and emotion tonight. I bet they're worse on Tuesday

He's 19.

Yep.  Frame of reference, Joe Thornton had 3 goals and 4 assists in 55 games as a 1st overall draft pick rookie. He turned out okay.

Really? The guy oozes skill all over the place. He's quick, tenacious, passes well, has the great shot. Possibly not strong enough and not used to his linemates but man...it's obvious the guy has tons of talent.

He's young, he's speedy, and his can fire the puck — but so far not very accurately.  He's also small.  Hope he can make an impact but I have some doubts.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

That set up to Simmonds was pretty legit

That was a high end play for sure.

I think Robertson is rushing things at times, especially his shot. And he's fallen in the corners a number of times while trying to spin/pivot. Once he slows things down he should be fine.

His brother who's almost 2 years older and taller is only starting to make an impact now. Patience.
