Instructions on Posting Pictures

Can anyone please provide some instructions on how to include pictures in a post?

Use the code:

[img ] url for pic [/img ]

Just don't have the space after the "g" in the brackets, you will need to host the picture of a file sharing site or have a url for the picture.

How do I adjust the size of a picture?  I am using photo bucket and the site allows me to make the pictures smaller and save them but they always seem to end up the same big size when I post them here even if they are only 100 x 60.
