A quick hello from to those who remember me. I'm still a Leafs die-hard and I'm thrilled with the now long - standing direction of the team.

I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression a little more than a year ago.  Meds are helping somewhat but I'm still not talking to anyone. I know I need to but for now, I'm trying to make do.

Anyway, just thought I'd reach out and say hi... Hope santa brings us a defenseman ☺

I suppose when you consider it to be part of the Andersen trade (I think the Leafs said as much), it's easier to comprehend. Still, I'm wondering if the picks were worth it. .  Guses it'll be a few years before we know.

I guess.

Man, Bernier really must have been a despised man.

Sorry but he looks like he might have played basketball one day.

I don't know. Maybe, "well they haven't done anything stupid" is a good thing... That's where I'm at.

Fair enough. Honestly,  I really don't care who the backyp is. Just hoping for a serviceable body.

It just feels to me that whatever "problems" the Leafs had with the cap going into this offseason seemed like ones with relatively simple solutions. Maybe it's a product of the good work this group has done in regards to the cap but it's been nothing more than a thing to just look at as opposed to worry about.

Scrivens? (runs away.)

Well sure, for us fans who don't actually have the plan of attack in front of us, it sure is worth following and it's all part of the fun of fandom. I'm sure though  it's only a "problem" for us because the Leafs solution just hasn't presented itself yet.

One too many "sometimes " there... Won't let me edit... Sorry for the poor grammar.
