Does anyone know if the wing joint (Quaker Steak & Lube) is still on the 100 level? If they are not, any recommendations on food at the Dome?

The coaching carousel continues to spin. The Flyers have dipped into the NCAA ranks for their new bench boss. 11 years at North Dakota and 11 trips to the NCAA tourney.

All Sports But Hockey / Jersey Shopping
April 29, 2014, 09:22:53 PM
I'm looking to pick up an Expos jersey, preferably the pinstriped home one. Haven't been able to find one through MLB shop, but I did find several options through this website.

Was wondering if anyone here has had any experience going through this site? Would also appreciate any other options that you do have experience with.

Report from TSN cited in this ESPN link. Only 2 1st round appearances since Wang bought the team in 2004. Wonder what it means in terms of moving to Brooklyn.

Hockey Canada has announced that the 2015 and 2017 World Juniors will be shared by Toronto and Montreal. In 2015, Montreal will host Canada's preliminary round group and 2 quarter-finals (12 games) with Toronto hosting the other group and the rest of the medal round (19 games). Marlies & Prospect Talk / AHL Franchise News
April 19, 2013, 10:16:35 AM
Not Marlies specific, but I've usually posted news about AHL franchise movement in this section of the board.

The Minnesota Wild are moving the Houston Aeros to Des Moines, Iowa for next season. The team has been in Houston since 1994, first in the old IHL then moving over to the AHL in 2001. This will be the 2nd time for Des Moines in the league having hosted the Iowa Stars/Chops for 4 seasons before that team moved to Texas in 2009. Also, the AHL has approved the sale of the Peoria Rivermen from the St. Louis Blues to the Vancouver Canucks. Nothing official, but there is a rumor of the team being moved to Abbotsford to replace the Flames affiliate there, which would move to Utica, NY. The Blues are expected to sign an affiliation with the Chicago Wolves, whose agreement with Vancouver is up after this season.
