I don't know about you guys but I'm glad the Flyers are doing it. I hope every team that plays against a 1-3-1 team pulls this.
Right now there is no rule I can find against this type of delay as long as the puck is moving.

I agree. It's a tie game and Tampa is waiting in the neutral zone. They can come get the puck if they want it; I see no problem with PL's tactic.

And the trap is an embarassment.
