It's a common deke on a butterfly goalie, you try to get them moving side to side and slip it through their pads.

He actually wasn't. Most of the failed attempts against him have been missed shots rather than saves. He's had some influence in that, but, it's not like he suddenly stopped stopping the puck in the shootout - it's actually that he's being forced to make more saves and not succeeding.

It's been happening ever so gradually.
