He could have, you know, gone down to try to block the shot instead of taking up the absolute worst possible body position. He wasn't going to accomplish anything doing what he did, except screen his goalie.

Well, if that happens, at least Reimer gets to see the puck. Goalies have a better chance of stopping shots they actually get to see.
