Zdeno Chara does not play 30 minutes a night. His average TOI this year is 25:32 which ranks him tenth among defensemen. Of the nine defensemen who rank above him, one is playing in this game for the Maple Leafs. Worth a mention?

Boston is genuinely in Kessel's head.  Haven't seen him look that tentative in scoring position in a long time.

All other issues aside, this is true. One of the real positive that the Leafs should take out of this game is the next team they play isn't the Bruins.
