Have to make the playoffs first.  Definitely not a given. 
 
The Caps pretty much have to murder someone to get a penalty. The least penalized team in the NHL is the most penalized team in all their games.

Oh there it is. Matthews with a bit of a change up.

All about the extra effort. I liked them using the bump back pass to get their heads turning and forcing decisions to be made which put some extra time on the puck.

You want all top three centres on the PP okay. You also get 4th line post-PP.

If PP1 scores on their first go, I kind of want to see Nylander get the post-PP shift as centre with the leftovers (Kapanen and Johnsson/Marleau would do nicely)
 
Ok Leafs, you've played like ass for the better part of a month, you have the lead in the last game before the all Star break, can you please win this one so there's at least something good to look back on?
 
Marleau is dragging down the Matthews line. Come to think of it he's kinda dragging down every line he plays on.

Trevor Moore would work there.
 
I'm hoping that down the stretch Marleau finds himself on the 4th line:

Johnsson - Matthews - Marner
Hyman - Tavares - Nylander
Moore - Kadri - Kapanen
Marleau - Lindholm - Brown
Gauthier

Babcock needs to have a heart to heart with Marleau. "Patty, you're a real gud pro, the kids love you, but you can't play higher than 4th line anymore. This hurts me Patty, I hope you can still feed your family"
