This. I know Babcock is the supposedly greatest coach in his own mind, but how good of a coach do you need to be to leave the best player on the team on the bench during a 4 on 3 PP?
Bozak went stick side against the Sharks and glove side against the Nucks.
Dermott looked good tho. Even played him on the right side in the 3rd. Like to see more of him for sure.

Marleau almost screwed the Leafs twice in OT.
He made a really bad change to start the OT then he stayed out for almost the whole PP for some reason. For a good pro he plays a little lazy and selfish at timesIMO.

The Leafs had possession he could have easily changed with Matthews. He seemed gassed just parked in one spot. I wasn't impressed with him.
Look at the change he made in the beginning of OT. Canucks have the puck and he just goes for a change. Marner did the same thing later on which led to the post.

The failure of that pp wasn't all on Marleau, or even mostly on Marleau. Everyone was just standing around. Very easy to defend. Still, I would agree that he should have gotten off the ice sooner, even if it meant the Leafs had to go back and reorganize (though they probably could have maintained possession in the offensive zone, there was more than enough room).
Those 2 changes were horrific, they got really lucky there.
