I'm going to what is likely my only Jays game of the year tomorrow and Bautista is out (and only for a couple games.) - Kind of like complaining I have no bread with a Virgina ham under my arm, I know but I'm still gonna byatch about it nevertheless.
I know the Lady Jays are taking donations for Jays care tomorrow for certain amount you get an autographed hat. (believe is 40$ and over)

What is the point of hashtagging?  It makes words trend on twitter?  Is it honestly worth it when already abbreviated sentences that violate the english language to hit a character limit suddenly get worse to fit 7-10 hashes in a single statement.

#Why #must #everything #be #hashed #simply #to #make #it #look #important #?

The point of hashtags is so that comments about certain topics can be easily searched/grouped together/etc. Of course, the internet being what it is, people abuse them, but, there is a legit purpose behind them.

Cool. Though it's Jr. Jays and we're doing that whole thing so I'm not sure I'll be able to do that. Apparently it's two random Jays who give the kiddies autographs so with Bautista not playing, he better be there!

I just caught a mosquito with my chest hair.

On second thought, this probably belongs in the commendation thread.

I'm in a very anti-Ford mood lately.  He's up to his old "lie and make up numbers" routine with "80%" of the cost of Toronto is labour/wages.

Quote
A February staff report to Ford and other members of his executive committee states: “Altogether, salaries and benefits account for nearly 48 per cent of the city’s 2011 BC recommended gross operating budget.”

Being 7000 miles from my friends and family on my Birthday kinda sucks, the price of living in a warmer climate I guess.  My wife is doing her best to fill the void, which is nice, still, I miss home a bit.

No winter snow shovelling, at least.  Something to look forward to!   :D

I'm hoping you're not mistaking a Fu Manchu for a handlebar moustache.

Nope. Used wax and everything. I shaved down from my usual full beard so I had the material to work with.

Excellent. A true handlebar moustache is a rare site these days.
