Kopitar wide open...Kings looking good for the sweep.  Think the Rangers might have stood up better, or are the Kings just too hot?

Nice point from Gretzky about how Voynov helped ease the transition from trading Johnson.

Edit to add, I suppose something similar could be said for Fayne with the Devils, in spite of that penalty.
 
Tuned in for the start of the third and realized it was the first bit of the finals I've bothered to watch. Holy schmoles has it been a terrible playoffs.

Yeah, that's why there was a question mark with the playoffs ongoing. So you didn't bother to watch the finals because of your opinion of the playoffs up to that point, to each their own I guess.

It wasn't a conscious decision or anything. With compelling Hoops every night this mediocrity-fest just didn't register.

...and fair enough, I watched as much of the playoffs this year as I could and really enjoyed a lot of it but I don't have that interest in basketball or baseball or xball in any comparative manner. It's pov/opinion based no matter so, yeah, and maybe I should get out more...
 
My current thinking is that JQ may be walking out with the Connster.

Also, Marty flaming out in 4 may cause him to peremptorily retire.  So it'll be down to TO and NJ for Luongo.
 
Could be one of the most dominating playoff performances of the modern era... On their way to doing this in just 18 games.
