Looks like Tampa is going to be content just making it to the playoffs. Habs up 4-0 in game 2 heading home. This could be a very short series.

Shutting down Stamkos plus the loss of Bishop speaks volumes for Tampa Bay.  Not to say those are the only reasons for trailing in this series so far, but no doubt it plays a significant part.

The Habs are sticking to a plan and succeeding very well with it.  Add in Carey Price to the mix and that completes their recipe for victory.  So far, good job, Montreal.

Huh? That was awesome. She just sang the anthem with emotion without trying to make it all fancy.

Also Tampa is bad. Like, Toronto Maple Leafs level bad. They are just getting completely dominated.

I was just thinking that - they seem to play the exact same game as the Leafs.  All 5 collapse to the net and slow on the breakouts.  When they're not getting elite goaltending and timely scoring from their first line...well...this.
 
Tampa definitely wasn't playing this bad during the season. But yeah, that was the most lopsided period I've seen so far in these playoffs.

Credit to Lindback too. If it wasn't for him Montreal could easily have 3-4 goals.
 
Complete and total BS. So angry right now. A good clean goal will not count because a ref has a swelled ego.
 
Even freaking "old man's sport" baseball has video review now. Come on. This should have gone to review.
 
I hate the Poutine Patrol. Don't care if they are the only Canadian team left - I will never support them (especially with fans that boo players gettng injured)
 
Who were the jacka$$es who were booing Stamkos after getting knee'd in the head??? Classless.
 
Tampa is bad. The disallowed goal aside, they were completely outplayed in that game. Outside of a few chances they had no business being in the game. Montreal hots many posts, lost of redirects almost went in too.

A sweep is a coming.
