Roster for today:
Goalies: Jonas Gustavsson, Ben Scrivens

Defence: Keith Aulie, Cody Franson, Jake Gardiner, Carl Gunnarsson, Korbinian Holzer, Mike Komisarek, Juraj Mikus, Luke Schenn

Forwards: Colby Armstrong, Darryl Boyce, Tyler Bozak, Luca Caputi, Joe Colborne, Jerry D?Amigo, Philippe Dupuis, Matt Frattin, Ryan Hamilton, Nikolai Kulemin, Greg McKegg, Colton Orr, Jay Rosehill

This will likely be the last game for the kids that have to be sent back to junior and the guys that are sure-fire Marlies. The bubble guys might get another game, but I expect Ron to follow through with his cuts tomorrow morning, if they haven't happened already.

I'm glad that Schenn and Komisarek are getting into back to back games as they were anything but good last night and can use the work. I hope the Monster plays the entire game tonight, he needs to be tested more and hopefully get his nerves under control, as I don't think he was himself in the period and a half he got the other night.

There have been cuts, check the training camp thread, I posted them there.

He hasnt been 'himself' since about 2-3 weeks before he lost his job to Reimer. I really hope he finds his form soon, or we may have to start worrying about who'll be backing up Reimer this year.

Check and responded. I would have liked to see Devane play tonight against better competition, but that is really the only beef I have with anything that Ron did today.

He had some mighty good numbers for the Marlies last season, so he must have felt pretty good then. I think he will be fine, well let's hope so anyway.

Looks like most of their team sans Jagr, Pronger and a couple others.

I was going to post a thread about this but couldn't decide which forum was most appropriate:

Does anyone know which games you get with the Leafs TV online subscription?  On the website it says "watch tonight's game with leafs interactive".  If you look at their "full leafs TV interactive schedule" it includes 51 games from the regular season, only 12 of which are Leafs TV games, the rest are Sportsnet and TSN. (No CBC games I guess they stream those games themselves)

Does the subscription include streaming all of those 51 games?  That would be a decent deal for the $40.  The 12 games would not be.  Is it possible they have a deal with sportsnet and TSN to stream their games?

They stream all 51 of those games + pre-season.  Between Leafs TV Online (51) and CBC (24), you'll get 75 regular season games legally.

I had the service last year - well worth it considering I don't spend $60+ per month on cable.

Why all this hand wringing about Goose, he was fine.

I might've been overly critical of him... just I thought he looked very lost on the goal he let in.

But whatever, as long as it's an entertaining game I'll be happy. The new players still need to get a sense of each other.

That was a pretty quick goal that came initially from broken coverage to an unmarked man in front who wired it, IIRC, didn't seem like a softie. Aside from his stickhandling I like most of what I saw from him, fwiw.
