Leafs have more issues then Freddie. Their defensive play of late hasn't been that good. Funny thing now is he's not letting in the "soft" goal anymore. He's just not making the save now.
I have many questions about last night's game but why is it that if a player gloves down a puck the opposing team can choose to purposely not play the puck? Why don't they just call the play dead after knocking the puck down with your glove? I don't know... If you bat the puck out of midair with your glove I'm kind of ok with that.

It either needs to blown dead as soon as it?s clear the player who knocked it down isn?t going to be in position to play it (basically, if they knock it down in any way that isn?t to take possession themselves) or waved off when a member of the other team clearly refuses to play it. Same with high sticks.
