Message me on Facebook immediately (you can add me as a friend anytime, just let me know your Nickname here), or even Private Message me here in the forums and I'll get an email alert (this is slower). 

Our system only holds the last 500 hits to the server.  Which is about 10 mins of data.  If I log in to the server in that time, I can see what was changed and see the offender.
