Washington News:

All info/lines comes from TSN Ice Chips and this opening post will be updated if the lines change leading up to game time.

Leafs should be good for at least 4 or 5 goals. It's a road game and they are well rested. I figure Kessel will get a couple and have a big game and Leafs win in a fast high flying game.

I guess Knubels age finally caught up to him.  Only 3 goals so far this year.  So he should be good for 1 tonight.

I still think we win though.  I expect Kulemin to finally break out of his slump, and for a good game from the depth guys.

4-2 Leafs.

Well if Armstrong is back in the lineup a Leaf win is a certainty. Or so I'm told.

We're something like 300W-1L when he plays, right?

If they lose, the Legend of Colby Armstrong will be very much at risk.

Yeah, as admirable of a job Goose had done, I think Reimer has to be given every opportunity to get back into the groove.

I agree.  Reimer is the presumptive #1 and you give him a fair shot at retaining that status.  The last thing we need is a "goalie controversy."

is it really the monster with the start?  ..interesting

Siegel said Reimer is starting.

Funny, but my gut reaction was that Gus should be starting.

We don't suddenly need a goalie controversy.  Everyone knew going into the season that Reimer was the #1 goalie.  You don't suddenly lose your job because you've been injured for over a month.
