My beef isn't with Woll-as-he-is-now so much as it is with the leaping-to-the-conclusion that he is a future #1 ? rather like the hype for Knies, who may have a good future but I think has been kind of a disappointment so far.  Both of them look like they have the tools, but their performances so far have been uneven (as we all ought to expect, really).

Tampa beat Boston tonight. They've been playing well lately.
They're two points back of the Leafs and Tampa will likely have the tiebreaker. Leafs have a game in hand.

The Leafs wouldn't be able to active him from LTIR without waiving a number of players to get under the cap, so the odds of that happening are pretty much zero. It wouldn't be shocking if he got a conditioning stint with the Marlies before the season ends though.
