He's had a lot of luck beating goalies with that shot. It was a fine choice, it just didn't work out.

Yeah-ish.  His stick got up but it may not have hit the guy.

Yeah never understand that. I'm sure one may be screened or something at times but not sure how the guy 100 feet away can see that. Rewound that and didn't look like much to me.

Maybe contact was made, but it really doesn't look like he hit his face or anything. Carlson 100% sold it.

Down Goes Brown made a great point this week where he said that if you're a defenseman these days you're better off making a hard slash on your opponents hand than you are his stick. The slash on Kapanen there was a perfect example.
