Just because they are talking, doesn't mean a discount and TBH, I would be very surprised if M & M signed during the season. Their agents aren't dumb, again, this isn't middling players. The numbers Matthews, Nylander and Marner are going to put up this year, will guarantee it won't get done...

Nylanders first year, where he played 22 games on that garbage team doesn't help. Marner had the benefit of a better team, his first two seasons. I like both players, but if I HAD to trade one (which I hope never happens), I would trade Marner.

Wow. You realize you bring this on yourself, right? If you're going to claim there is a hell, you're going to have to demonstrate it. Because to my knowledge,  none of those stories have ever been proven. Hoping someone rots in a  make-believe place, isn't very scary or convincing.

Umm, I don't like this at all. I wish they waived or traded Komarov. Babcock throwing around his weight, with the front office. IMO.
