Those numbers are nuts, I honestly can't recall a stretch in recent history where the pitching has been this good.

Yeah really low risk move, I like it. I'd be very surprised if they can't get him signed for all the reasons above, but even if they can't, McKegg is probably never going to amount to much in the NHL and the 7th is just as likely (unlikely) to pay off.
