    Penguins @ Leafs - Nov. 3rd, 7:30pm - Amazon Prime

McMann's play has both been underwhelming in my opinion. The guy is given consistent opportunities on the top 2 lines and can never seem to string together multiple games where he makes an impact. As for Lorentz, for a bubble guy, he certainly doesn't seem to be playing with a fire lit under him.

What has everyone thought of Blais so far? My viewing has been limited, but the shift or two I watched, I actually really liked the way he plays.

    Flyers vs. Leafs - Nov. 1st, 7:00pm - CBC

I'm not sure about the NHL, but in any minor hockey sport, if there's fear of a neck injury, the player is strapped down.

    2025 Blue Jays

If Jays capitalized on their RISP in game 6 and 7, they win this series easily. Too often were runners on 2nd, with no one out and no runs(or even base advancement) was realized. 3-17 in game 7 1-9 in game 6 Combined 4-26. Barf

Is the thought that a different boss would get a different result out of the same group of defense adverse employees?

    2025 Blue Jays

I'm embarrassed to say but I only made until the 5th inning. I just couldn't do it. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I watched the highlights of them pulling it off. Bieber had a really good start. Control was a little off, but he still battled through and didn't let the walks hurt...

The pinch runners is what killed them. With Vladdy having another off night, that line up struck fear in no one. It never felt like they had a chance to win it once Springer, Barger, Bichette and Kirk were out of the line up.

Sure, but mocking the referee with the stick clap is a seriously boneheaded thing to do.

It was great to see the Habs blow that lead last night. It was even better that Josh Anderson was a big reason why.

It's great that we broke up the "core four".... But I hope everyone realizes that it's still a team with a "core four". It's just weaker now.

Yeah I'm still not buying it. I've been coaching goalies for over 20 years. I played goalie at high levels for 15. Perhaps in the early years you could judge the angle of a blade, but with the speed of a release from probably U15 upwards, there's no way a goalie is looking at the angle of a...

You're right, a goalie's focus should be on the puck. Never once has a goalie been looking at the angle of a stick. What does that even mean?

    Devils @ Leafs - Oct. 21st, 7:00pm - TSN4

Something being stoppable and something being stopped every time are two very different things. The Leaf's goaltending is least of their worries. With the amount of odd person rushes/breakaways the Leafs gave up, without Stolarz in net, that's a 8 or 9-2 game. Give your head a shake and quit...
