A defence that for years was lacking quality right-handed D and toughness, Treliving has done an excellent job in the last 9 months rectifying that with the Tanev signing and Carlo trade.

Sucks seeing yet another 1st being traded in a deal for a bottom six player. I know it's the price to pay if you are looking to make a go of it. I hope the team is up to task, and Treliving does what is required to make it happen.

Was going to express disappointment about the 1st being traded. But two years out in 2027, and top 10 protected? That's palatable. Lots of time to recoup a pick between now and then.
