2025-26 Toronto Maple Leafs General Discussion

Would like to see Quillan get Groulx's minutes and role (3C) to see what he can do if he's not dragging Lorentz/Jarnkrok around.

Why did they send Groulx down. I haven't been watching the games, but isn't he one of the guys you want to see play in these last few games?

About to need waivers and honestly the Leafs don’t need more scoring right now. Cycle through some other Marlie options to get a look-see and reward some good performances on the season.

21 year old 6’3” RD checks in at 210lbs

Has two-way instincts and inclinations but needs development to refine decision making and mechanics
Another guy who doesn't really seem to appear on any "top NCAA free agents to sign" list. Not that that writes him off entirely but worth noting. I do like that he's a younger guy, just turned 21, as opposed to pushing 25.

They shuttled Hirvonen and Niemela out the door so they could pick up a Tyler Kleven

I'm all for found wallets, but I'd hope the wallets have a few bucks in them instead of holes and lint.
