BOS
?Jeremy Swayman will likely start for the Bruins
?Boston will likely be without defenceman Andrew Peeke for the remainder of this series. He is out week to week with an injury sustained during game 2

TOR
?Ilya Samsonov  will likely start for the Leafs
?Willy Watch continues into game 3 of this series. News about his status could come as early as the morning skate or as late as the pre-game warmups

I might insert Brodie.  He played better the last few games of the season and has a 1-game goal streak a-blazin'.

I think you could argue Brodie is a better option than a couple defenders on the Leafs right now.

I like Gio too.

I think Keefe might like the physicality that Benoit, Lyubushkin, and Edmundson bring.

I'd be more keen to slot him at home where we can control his matchups a bit better. He might even boost the PK a little.

Really not liking Liljegren. I think Brodie could be a better replacement. I understand handedness but he's just so untrustworthy even on the third pair.  At least Brodie can handle 2 on 1s.

Small sample but Lilly is getting torched on the PK.

Edit: As an aside, it must be tough for Brodie to look at the play of the Leafs d-core and think, 'I'm not better than one of those guys?'

A) He's not ready to play yet
B) He's ready to play tonight but the Leafs are playing mind games with Boston's coaching staff by keeping him out late at practice
C) He might be ready to play, he might not be. Pure game time decision

I'm going with he's in.  No reason to put him on L3 and use 89 as placeholder for 34 if he wasn't playing.
Fingers crossed!

Management/Coaches think Boston is not a tremendously deep team, especially with the advent of Matthews-Domi and the willingness of Tavares-Marner to play shutdown. Willy is a huge weapon but also a long term investment. McMann, who isn't even on the ice, is also a big factor that I hope we get back at some point. We need to win 16 games, not just 4.
