BOS
?Jeremy Swayman (25-10-8, 2.53 GAA, .916 Sv%) will likely start for the Bruins
?Boston has rotated goalies all season long between Swayman and Ullmark. That will likely continue at least to start the playoffs.  The two have nearly identical stats but Swayman's 3-0 record against the Leafs this season could give him the nod for game 1, although that has not been confirmed yet

TOR
?Ilya Samsonov (23-7-8, 3.13 GAA, .890 Sv%) will likely start for the Leafs
?Toronto has also not revealed their starting goalie but it feels more likely that Samsonov is in net for the Leafs to start the playoffs
?The big news at practice on Friday was the absence of William Nylander. Keefe noted that both him and McMann are possibilities to play Saturday, so their status will likely be up in the air until either the morning skate or later in the day
?Brodie practiced outside of the top-6 at practice and is expected to be the odd man out on the defence

Here we go, what team is going to show up? Could be a great series or it could be a blow out, hoping for the best. GO LEAFS!!!

Missing game 1 folks. A good friend of ours is in a play and we bought tickets before we knew when the Leafs would be starting. Show starts at 7:30pm....

If it's dark nobody will notice you wearing earbuds and listening to the game on your phone.

I?m hoping for undisciplined play from the Bruins. Get some early momentum on the power play for the Leafs.

There did not seem to be meaningful improvement in their PK since the deadline

The PP on the season: 24.0%, after Mar 8 13.3%
The PK on the season: 76.9%, after Mar 8 75.4%

Marner was hurt ...

But even with Marner, their PK is not good. I don't think that is his fault.
To me, with the other dmen added or skaters tried, I think the goalies bear more of the responsibility. They're stuck with the goalies they've got. So they need to stay out of the box.

Looks like game time decision....and shocker, Sammy starts lol

Could be awkward when he suddenly jumps up with his arms raised yelling "we rule, dudes!" :)

Nylander has been MIA for the last month. Ever since he got rocked with a clean hit can't remember what game it was he's been non-existent.If he was nursing something why have him play the last few games. If it's something new then hopefully he doesn't miss much. As much as he's been brutal lately out of the core 4 he's been our best playoff performer. Hopefully he gets his game back to where it should be.

As the tweet said "This isn't an issue he was playing through down the stretch. He woke up Thursday in some discomfort."
