Sort of a shaky game, but overall a pretty decent road effort.  Nice to get the win to start it all off.

Given how bad the Habs were for most of that game, it really shouldn't have been as close as it was, but I'll take it. There were a lot more positives than negatives tonight, it'll just be interesting to see how the Leafs match up against a better team.

Not exactly rookies, they are both very experienced players, but I really liked Komarov and Kostka, given the fact that it was theirs first NHL game, in Montreal, they were both very, very solid.
Phaneuf was good. Kessel is flying out there, good to see. MacArthur looked best on Grabbo line. Kadri was very active, they will click with Komarov - hitting everything that moves.
